很多毕业生在制作个人简历都搞到很多少，少则4、5页，多则10多页，包括简历封面、求职信或自荐信、学校介绍，知名一点的还有专业介绍，及附上各类的证书与奖状，实际上这个是没有必要的。一个简历建议只需要1-2页，简历封面之类的都不需要，由于招聘者查看简历的时间是有限的，给每一份简历的时间就可能那10多秒，你附的这么多东西根本没有时间看，也不会看，反而你直接给他1-2页纸，让他能快速看到你简历上最重要的内容反而更好，特别是在招聘会上，这样做才能提高成功率，至于其它东西如果你确定需要展示，你可以在企业通知你去面试时再地简历上附上，或拿原件过去。
第二点版面，这个简历的.版面是也是很重要的，用表格式简历或文本式简历都不是最重要的，最重要的一点就是一拿到起来起舒服的感觉，不会觉得厌烦，更好重要就是不要有一种似曾相识的感觉。因为招聘者每次都可以看很多简历，如果你的简历版面不好，可能就扔掉了，其它就是由于很多人都是网上下载的简历模板，都填写一下就用了，这也是大问题，就是过于雷同了，所以你下载回来，也得修改一下，起码让人有一点新鲜的感觉吧。
