Greet the whole class as usual.

T:In the last period,we learnt the modal verb “ought to”and revised“should/must/have to”and their negative forms“shouldn’t/mustn’t/needn’t/don’t have to” I’ll check the a sentence with a modal verb learnt and revised yesterday.

(Teacher asks Ss to make the sentences one by e they are doing this,teacher or other students point out the mistakes in the r this,teacher with students revises the following phrases.)

T:We have also learnt many important phrases in this look at the phrases on the t translate them into make complete sentences with them.

T:Attention, the screen there are 13 phrases,but only 10 must choose ten of them and fill in the blanks with the correct forms of them.
